Get Set to help young people in Belfast rebuild confidence, find direction and move forward when life has knocked them off course.

What You Will Do- Build trusted relationships that keep young people engaged
- Deliver personal development, employability and accredited learning
- Create clear, realistic action plans with each young person
- Track progress, attendance and outcomes accurately
- Maintain safeguarding, data and quality standards at all times
You will contribute to local partnerships across Belfast, supporting joined-up provision and smooth learner journeys.
