Summary
Sous Chef – Full Time – Hotel Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef on behalf of a well-established hotel which is part of an expanding hotel group, and we’re keen to speak with experienced candidates who are ready for their next step.
The Role
• Position: Sous Chef
• Contract: Full time
• Hours: 45 hours per week
• Location: St Ives- Hotel setting (on-site parking available)
• £17.00 – £18.00 per hour
• On-site parking available
• Excellent group benefits
• Work within a professional and supportive kitchen team
• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous
• Ability to support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate junior staff
• Solid understanding of food hygiene and kitchen compliance
• Experience in a hotel or high-volume kitchen environment preferred
• No live-in accommodation available, so candidates must be able to commute
