Crynodeb
Carry a defined caseload of children and young people experiencing neurodiverse difficulties and require support to address their needs. This post has been created to support the clinical pathways in the Neurodevelopmental Services. The pathway focuses on group and individual work for both parents and for children and young people. Provide regular, timely contact and continuity of support to families of children and young people with neurodiverse needs. Provide a single-point-of-contact for information and advice for families and professionals. Co-ordinate services for the family and ensure their timely delivery across all agencies, to include anticipating the future needs of the family to ensure all intervention is timely, appropriate and informed by the familys priorities and/or child or young persons aspirations. Co-lead groups with senior clinicians as well as work with the clinical coordinator in the team to organise and arrange the groups.
