Engage with GP practices and PCNs through local borough Training Hub meetings, email communication, telephone calls, and on-site visits Develop a strong understanding of the Health & Wellbeing Temperature Check programme and act as a subject matter expert Share information about the programme and communicate the benefits of hosting a temperature check Support the maintenance and updating of the NWL practice contact database, ensuring main contacts are current Work towards a monthly engagement timetable and contribute to meeting programme performance targetsMaintain professional written and verbal communication with all stakeholders
