UHI Moray are seeking to appoint an Employability Coordinator to work within the Employability Team in the delivery of the Moray S WAP - Sector Based Work Academy Project. This project is part of the wider Moray Pathways partnership. The project will work with individuals aged 16 plus who require support to progress towards training further/higher education and/or employment. Partnership working is a key aspect of this role with the ability to negotiate.
The successful candidate should have experience of organising and coordinating employability provision and supporting vulnerable individuals with barriers to employment and/or training.
Experience in the delivery of one to one and group training is also required as is knowledge of the local labour market and experience of engaging with employers to support work placements and industry visits. Key skills include excellent communication and organisational skills time management and teamworking.
