Summary
PA role to support/ interact and play with a little girl who has a few disabilities but loves playing and being active.
Jewish female requested for this role- to ensure the families religion is respected and boundaries maintained.
Roles and Responsibilities
To support within the home- become part of the family.
Observing- Keeping her safe and secure, ensure she is not damaging any items or hitting out at siblings.
Assist at mealtimes- encourage trying new foods and at mealtimes.
Assist to settle at bedtimes.
Personal care if comfortable to do so - changing pad, maybe bath the child.
Try to engage in play- keep her engaged.
Specific Requirements
Dressed appropriately- long sleeves, high neck.
No bad language.
Respectful.
About Me
Child is non-verbal little girl who has global developmental delay disorder and autism.
She is incontinent and needs help getting changed/ cleaned up.
She is a loveable and happy loving little girl.
Can follow instructions when clear and singular commands are given.
Hobbies and Interests
Ball and bubble play.
Lots of energy- physical.

Hours Per Week- 9 hours a week.
How will the hours be used- Flexible - discussed at interview. Split over a few days in 2 hour slots. Once hours set- will be same every week.
