demonstrate excellent communication skills to work effectively in partnership with parents, staff, governors, the Ministry Area and the local community;
a good knowledge and understanding of pedagogy and curriculum;
high expectations of achievement and raising standards;
an ability to work collaboratively as an effective team member;
adaptable, resourceful, creative and innovative.

You will need:
Degree or equivalent
Qualified teacher status
EWC registration
Enhanced DBS
