Summary
Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for an experienced Van Driver on behalf of our client based in Halesowen.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional driver seeking ongoing work with a well-established company. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out deliveries and collections while providing a high standard of service and maintaining safe driving practices at all times.
Pay Rate & Hours
• £12.71
• Temp to Perm Opportunities
• Monday to Friday
• Full-time hours
• Ongoing assignment
Key Responsibilities
• Carrying out local and regional deliveries and collections
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
• Ensuring goods are delivered accurately and on time
• Completing delivery paperwork and relevant documentation
• Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
• Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach
• Following all road transport and health & safety regulations
Requirements
• Previous van driving experience is essential
• Full UK Driving Licence
• No more than 6 penalty points on licence (Due to Insurance)
• No DR, DD, IN, or CD endorsements
• Good knowledge of local and regional road networks
• Strong communication and organisational skills as this role is Customer Facing
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Ability to carry out manual handling duties when required
