Summary

Job Title: Human Resources Administrative Assistant
Fixed Term until 31 March 2027 due to funding

Location: Link’s Edinburgh office with hybrid working available.

Hours: 35 per week, Monday to Friday. Alternative working patterns and arrangements will be considered.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior HR Assistant, the HR Administrative Assistant will provide professional, efficient and responsive administrative support to the Human Resources team.

Key responsibilities include:

Processing employment reference requests in line with GDPR and Link’s Reference Policy
Liaising with current and former employees and third parties
Auditing absence management records
Producing fortnightly and monthly reports
Issuing employee correspondence relating to pay and absence matters
About You

You will have experience in a fast-paced administrative role with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. You will be organised, flexible and able to manage competing priorities while working to tight deadlines.

You should also have:

Strong time management and organisational skills
A proactive and responsive approach to work
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Confidence using online systems and software packages within an office environment
