Turning Point Scotland is a national social care charity and Turning Point Scotland South Ayrshire delivers services to people with Learning Disabilities, on the Autistic Spectrum and with Mental Health needs. We have been successfully supporting adults in South Ayrshire since 2004.

We are currently recruiting team members for young people transitioning into their first homes, it is a chance to make a real difference in a young person’s life at a pivotal and exciting time!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting day-to-day life in a person-centred, respectful way.
Helping plans activities – no two days are the same!
Being a good listener, a great companion, and an encouraging presence.
Promoting independence while being there when it matters most.
Working flexible shifts - including sleepovers.
**Sleepover shifts are paid at £107.60.
