Crynodeb
To support with the triage of new and existing referrals made into Community CAMHS for ADHD and/or ASD assessments as part of the new GM ND Transformation Agenda To support the Neurodevelopmental Nurse-led service from assessment to diagnosis and subsequent monitoring arrangements in line with NICE Recommendations. To provide consultation to a skill mixed team regarding ADHD and ASD and to facilitate a culture of learning and reflective practice. To work in collaboration with the Clinical Team Manager, NMPs and Senior Practitioners to support the clinical governance / public health and NHS modernisation agenda. To actively contribute to the implementation of the safeguarding agenda within the service, in partnership with the GMMH safeguarding team.
