Crynodeb
Working in a respite house just outside of Yeovil, with adults with learning disabilities.
Supporting our customers to access the community, develop life skills such as cooking, follow the customers support plan, help them access community activities and events.
Support the customers to maintain control of their lives and develop inclusion.
Monitor and support health needs and help with medication and personal care if required.
Follow support plans and record accurate detailed information about the day.
All roles are subject to satisfactory DBS check.
Part time or Full times role available.
Sleep in shifts are part of the role and paid at enhanced rate,
Driving is essential.
We are currently unable to offer sponsorship roles.
