About the Service

Our Skipton service is a lively supported living environment with lots going on.
We support three lovely ladies who enjoy:


‍♀️ Swimming
Going to musicals
Arts and crafts


All three ladies have active lifestyles, so we are looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy getting involved and supporting others to live life to the fullest.


“I am a very creative person and like to have fun, but also like to look after myself by going for my nails and hair done. Having my support around me really helps me do this, as well as other fun activities.”



‍⚕️ The Role

Across all our services, we support individuals with learning disabilities, helping them to:


Promote independence
Take part in their local community
Live fulfilling, meaningful lives


You will work as part of an experienced and established team, supporting three ladies to live as independently as possible.

Your responsibilities will include:


Supporting active social lives (gym, discos, social events)
Attending medical appointments when required
Assisting with household tasks and shopping
Supporting with medication management
Following detailed support plans to ensure consistent, person-centred care



⏰ Shifts

This is a 24-hour service, so shifts may include:


Days
Evenings
Sleepovers
Weekdays and weekends


✅ Full availability is essential

Previous experience is desirable, but full training will be provided.

An enhanced DBS (Adults) is required for this role.
