About the Role:

Percy Doughty has an exciting permanent, full-time opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our growing Marketing team.

This role will support the delivery of marketing activities across our portfolio of brands, helping to drive awareness, engagement, and sales through both online and offline channels. Key Responsibilities:

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Assist in the creation and management of marketing content, including digital, print, email, and social media
Manage inbound leads and customer enquiries generated through marketing activity, ensuring timely and accurate responses
Maintain and update marketing materials to ensure brand consistency
Coordinate with internal teams to support product launches and promotions
Monitor and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics
Manage relationships with external suppliers and partners where required
Support trade marketing activity, events, and exhibitions
Maintain accurate marketing records, databases, and asset libraries

Education and Experience:

Educated to GCSE/A-Level standard or equivalent
Degree or qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field (desirable)

Essential Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Confident using Microsoft Office and marketing-related software
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Desirable Requirements:

Previous experience in a marketing or communications role
Experience with digital marketing platforms and content management systems
Basic understanding of analytics and marketing performance reporting
Experience within B2B, retail, or manufacturing environments

Location: Percy Doughty Head Office Farnworth
Working Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
(Additional hours may be required to support campaigns and business needs)
