- Empowering clients to understand their financial situation and guiding them through appropriate debt solutions.
- Identifying and maximising potential income sources for clients, including benefits and financial assistance.
- Negotiating effectively with creditors to establish fair and manageable repayment plans.
- Maintain accurate, high-quality client records and document production on our systems.

About you:

- You thrive in a face-paced environment.
- You’re a detailed record-keeper and able to manage a challenging caseload, prioritise and organise tasks to ensure that multiple deadlines can be met.
- You will be someone that is able to receive feedback that’s constructive yet demanding. It’s important to approach it with a positive attitude and the mindset that every piece of feedback is an opportunity to improve.
- You’re either trained in Specialist Debt Advice work or eager to learn and develop your expertise in this constantly evolving field.
- You’re a team player committed to collaboration, sharing your knowledge to make a bigger impact and continuous learning.
