Office Administrator / Accounts Bookkeeper
Part-Time to Permanent Position
We are looking for a reliable professional hardworking and organised individual to join our team as an Office Administrator / Accounts Bookkeeper
This role will initially be part time working 3 days per week from 6.00 AM to 12:30 PM with excellent opportunities to progress into a full time permanent position for the right candidate
The role includes office administration bookkeeping accounts duties computer based work and occasional warehouse support when required
Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping and accounts duties including invoicing reconciliations accounts payable and receivable and maintaining accurate records
General office administration and reporting
Using Microsoft Excel and office software confidently
Maintaining a clean organised and professional office environment
Assisting occasionally with warehouse organisation and stock handling
Supporting the smooth day to day running of the business
Essential Requirements
Previous office administration and bookkeeping experience is essential
Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills
Good communication and organisational abilities
Honest reliable punctual and professional at all times
Willing to learn and grow within the company
Ability to work independently and handle responsibility
Physically fit and capable of light warehouse duties when required
Knowledge of web design networking websites or server systems would be advantageous
Ability to speak Urdu would be helpful but is not essential
Must have full legal right to work in the UK
