We are looking to appoint four Learning Support Assistants who are
• Committed and enthusiastic staff who bring genuine empathy, good understanding and sensitivity to the challenges and difficulties faced by students.
• Staff who values the importance of their contribution and engages with students in a proactive, positive, and purposeful way to help them make real progress in their learning.
• Successful candidates will be truly committed to supporting students to progress and achieve their learning goals and will hold high aspirations for every learner’s success.
• We will welcome applications from proactive and motivated A-level student leavers who can act as positive role models.
• We also will welcome applications from high-quality candidates who may wish to discuss reduced hours or flexible working arrangements.
This is a role for candidates who set high aspirations, not only for the students, but also for themselves as professionals dedicated to creating an outstanding learning experience.
Your support will be essential in unlocking potential, building confidence, and helping every student succeed.
To enhance learning and encourage independence, all students and staff are provided with an electronic device, creating a connected and forward-thinking educational environment
