Summary
Temp to Perm - Mon - Friday 8am - 4.30pm (paid 40hrs) 1/2 unpaid lunch
Engineers are required to arrive on site for 8:00am.
Travel time is paid after the first 30 minutes and before the last 30 minutes of the day.
Paid at 1.5x the standard hourly rate.
Mobile position mostly central belt however some work Aberdeen, Perth and Dundee Reactive maintenance and job in works from repairs, leak detection, water heater leaks, internal toilets, blocked toilets, waste pie replacements, All jobs are logged via a PDA system. Engineers must ensure all work is recorded accurately, including detailed job notes and photo evidence upon completion.
95% commercial and retail (shopping centres) 5% student accommodation, social housing and domestic.
Van and fuel card given (business use only)

Driving licence, Time served, reliable, own tools (must be over 25 for insurance purposes) Driving licence check needs done
