We are a small team of nurses working within a wider multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication is essential for this role to ensure and maintain good relationships all round. We need you to be • Patient-centred • Collaborative • Fair • Accountable • Empowered 2. There is great depth and breadth to this role, so a willingness to undergo training and respond well to constructive criticism is needed, demonstrating commitment to your own personal and professional development and to the development of others within the team. 3. This is a very busy role that can be emotionally taxing, requiring good organisational skills, time management and self-care. 4. You will need to have commitment to the speciality area, valuing the contribution of all team members and encouraging a positive and creative working environment. 5. Once trained, you will need to be able to work autonomously but collaboratively with patients, colleagues and outside organisations/charities as needed.
