Tier 2 Minister of Religion (Pastor)
Location: United Kingdom
. Reporting to: Senior Minister / Archbishop
Job Purpose
To provide spiritual leadership, pastoral care, and ministry support to the church congregation, while overseeing media and communications functions that support worship services, discipleship, and church growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. To lead prayers, teach and support discipleship programmes, and contribute to worship services and church programmes in line with the doctrine and mission of the church.
2. To provide pastoral care, guidance, and support to church members, fostering spiritual growth, wellbeing, and engagement within the church community.
3. To oversee the church’s media ministry, including media production, digital platforms, and communications that support worship services, outreach, and church activities.
4. To support the planning and delivery of church services, events, and programmes, working collaboratively with ministry teams and church leadership.
5. To carry out other reasonable duties as directed by the Senior Minister or Designate, contributing to the smooth running and continued growth of the church.
