Summary
An opportunity has arisen to join the team at the Glen Eyre Halls of Residence. This is a fixed-term contract for four months. The post is a busy customer-facing role that is based across two areas- the main reception and the post room. You will be regularly interacting with students, contractors and visitors. You will need to to be used to using IT systems, answering phone calls, and quickly become familiar with the University processes and procedures. There are four other members of the team and you will need to be able to work Monday to Friday between 8am-4pm and 12pm-8pm- depending on the rota. There is never a dull moment and each day can throw up new challenges, but we all work together and support each other to deliver the best service we can.
