What You'll Be Doing:
• Leading all SEND strategy and provision as our expert SENCO
• Overseeing EHCPs, targeted interventions, and inclusive curriculum planning
• Providing expert coaching, mentoring and CPD for specialists and class staff
• Collaborating with SLT on high-impact improvement priorities
• Analysing SEND data and implementing evidence-based change
• Liaising with families, professionals, and external agencies as trusted SENCO
• Ensuring legal compliance and best practice at every stage

Ideal SENCO for this Merton School:
• UK-trained, fully qualified (QTS essential) SENCO
• Proven practitioner with recent, high-quality references
