Summary

Maintenance Planner / Scheduler

Location: Birmingham (All Saints House)
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £28,294 – £30,862 per year (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (39 hours per week)

About the role
We are looking for a Planner / Scheduler to join our team supporting a group of mobile engineers working across sites in the Midlands and Wales.
This is a busy and varied role where you will help plan workloads, coordinate engineers, and keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities
Plan and schedule work for engineers
Act as a main point of contact for the team
Update systems, work orders and timesheets
Support with reports and data tracking
Assist with organising training, equipment and paperwork
Communicate clearly with managers and engineers

What we’re looking for
Good organisation and time management skills
Confident communication skills
Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook etc.)
Previous planning, scheduling or admin experience (preferred)
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
