As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with our teaching staff to provide individualised attention and tailored assistance to students who require additional support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering targeted interventions and small-group lessons to help students overcome learning barriers and achieve their goals.
- Collaborating with teachers to create and implement effective personalised learning plans, adapting strategies to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Providing one-on-one support to students, offering guidance, encouragement, and reinforcement to help them succeed.
- Monitoring student progress, maintaining detailed records, and communicating regularly with teachers and parents to ensure a cohesive approach to student support.
- Assisting with the preparation of learning materials, resources, and the general upkeep of the classroom environment.
- Participating actively in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

You should have previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar educational setting, with a strong understanding of effective teaching and learning strategies.
