Crynodeb
Collection and delivery of mail and specimens to and from the main hospital sites to other locations within the trust. To deliver pharmacy, pathology and NHS supplies as required. To collect and deliver surgical instruments from GP Practices to main sites for cleaning. Attend training courses as required in line with trust policies and procedures. Ensure vehicle is maintained in accordance with trust policies and is kept clean. Collect and deliver dirty/clean linen from locations across the trust. Collect clinical waste and dispose of in accordance with guidelines. Collect household refuse and confidential waste and dispose of in the correct manner. Ensure all paperwork is correctly completed and signatures obtained for items delivered and received as appropriate. Training new drivers as necessary. Any other duties as deemed appropriate by the Management.
