Location: Agile/Home
Contract: Temporary for up to 12-months
Salary: £31,900 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week
About the Role
To deliver high-quality specialist housing services across NWH indirectly managed homes. Monitor compliance, promote high standards of service, and support the wellbeing of residents.
Key responsibilities include:
• Providing a housing management service to residents
• Contract management (including drafting of management agreements)
• Identifying and reporting risks, including health & safety and safeguarding
• Addressing resident issues relating to anti-social behaviour, harassment and other tenancy related issues and concerns
• Representing NWH in external forums, such as Court proceedings, tribunal hearings and case reviews handling issues
• Regular audits and quality assurance reviews of housing management practices
• Working closely with a variety of external and internal multi-disciplinary teams including social services, health and welfare agencies
About You

Essential requirements:
• Full UK driver’s licence, with access to own transport
• Organisational & Problem-Solving Skills
• Person-Centred & Interpersonal Skills
• Self-Motivation & Initiative
• Property & Tenancy Management Experience
