Summary

Mobile Maintenance Engineer

Location: Cardiff (covering sites across Wales)
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £30,231 – £33,381 per year + additional skill payments
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (39 hours per week) + 1 in 4 weekends (15% allowance)
Benefits: Company van and fuel card

About the role
We are looking for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to work across a number of sites in the Wales region.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you will carry out general building maintenance and repairs, helping to keep sites safe, compliant and running smoothly.

Key responsibilities
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance
Complete basic repairs and inspections
Support compliance checks (e.g. fire safety, water checks, lighting)
Follow health and safety procedures
Work across multiple sites as part of a team

What we’re looking for
Experience in general building maintenance or a relevant trade
NVQ or similar qualification (preferred but not essential)
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently
Basic IT and health & safety knowledge
