We are looking for two PAs who can help to support a gentleman in his home. The individual that we are looking for is patient, calm and must be able to manage confusion or behavioural changes.
The PA we are looking for must have the ability to speak Hindi or Punjabi.
-Provide continuous supervision throughout the evening to ensure safety and reduce risk of falls.
- Support safe mobility, including assistance with standing, walking, and movement within the home.
- Respond appropriately in the event of a fall or medical concern, including escalation to family or emergency services if required.
- Maintain a consistent and structured evening routine to support stability and reduce anxiety.
