Location: Consett, Durham
Salary: up to £55,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Are you a motivational and experienced leader passionate about delivering outstanding care for older people living with dementia?
We’re seeking a Registered Manager to lead our well-established 40-bed Residential and Dementia Service in Durham
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning care provider with an excellent reputation and glowing reviews on Care Home UK. As our Registered Manager, you’ll have full autonomy to shape the home’s success ,supported by an experienced senior team and a forward-thinking organisation that values your expertise.
What You’ll Do
Lead, inspire, and support your team to deliver exceptional care and meet all CQC standards
Oversee day-to-day home operations, budgets, and compliance
Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and the wider community
Drive continuous improvement and uphold the home’s excellent reputation
What We’re Looking For
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
Proven experience as a Home Manager in a Residential or Dementia setting
A clear DBS
Nurse qualification desirable but not essential – strong leadership skills are key
