As they continue to grow they are looking for a Temporary Resourcing Administrator to join them on their journey. This role would suit an organised, detail-orientated individual with a knack for administration. This is an exciting opportunity to join a buzzing team in the heart of Newcastle where you will receive hands on training and support, with the possibility of a permanent position.
Your key responsibilities:
- Assisting with recruitment processes and candidate communication
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Providing general administrative support to all teams
- Data input into the CRM system as required
- Deliver exceptional service to ensure repeat business and outstanding recommendations
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills via email and over the phone
- A proactive and positive attitude
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot with changing priorities
