Based in Dunfermline, Fife we operate a next day delivery service throughout Scotland with our own fleet of vehicles.
Supplying to over 3000 customers from local convenience stores to cafes to bakers, we are proud to supply Fife Council, and prestigious events from The Royal Highland Show to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Summary
As an HGV Class 2 Multi Drop Driver, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe delivery of goods across various locations. Reporting to the Transport Manager, your role will involve multi-drop driving, utilizing your Category C Licence to navigate routes effectively. Core skills in commercial driving and delivery experience is admired but we understand everyone needs to start somewhere so we are open to accepting new passes. The organization expects you to maintain high standards of safety and customer service, ensuring timely deliveries and contributing to overall operational success. Due to continued growth, Adamsons Drinks are looking to increase our driving team to meet customer demand.
Duties to include multi drop handball/tail lift deliveries on various runs throughout Edinburgh/Glasgow/Central Belt/ Perth & Dundee in our 10 tonne trucks, taking payments from customers and other associated duties.
Candidates MUST hold current CPC/Class 2 driving licence and preferably be experienced doing multi drop deliveries.
The working week is Monday to Friday, with an early start and working on a job and finished basis.
Drivers will be given a minimum of two weeks training in the area they will be working.
Salary - £34,400 basic with x 2 - 6 monthly bonuses of £2000 giving a £38,400 yearly salary.
