Summary
Provide routine and urgent GP consultations to patients Undertake telephone, face-to-face, and online consultations as appropriate Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Prescribe medications in accordance with local and national guidance Review pathology results, correspondence, and clinical documents Make appropriate referrals to secondary and community care services Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records Participate in safeguarding processes for children and vulnerable adults Support health promotion and disease prevention initiatives
