Key responsibilities:
* Extract, transform, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities.
* Translate complex analytical findings into clear insights, reports, and actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
* Develop, maintain, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards.
* Conduct benchmarking and performance analysis against internal targets, industry standards, and competitors.
* Improve and automate existing reporting processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data quality.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong experience in SQL, Excel, and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau).
* Experience with analytical programming languages/tools such as Python, R, SAS, or SPSS.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting technical insights to senior stakeholders.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in data analysis and insight reporting.
