Cement Casting Technician – Droitwich

Full-time | Monday to Friday | £14.50/hr

Day to day duties:

• Work on cutting-edge industrial heating & melting systems.
  
• Use your skills to turn engineering drawings into precise, durable castings.
  
• Mix, pour, and shape cement like a pro — indoors and outdoors!
  
• Join a supportive, safety-focused team that values quality craftsmanship.
  
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings & specifications.
    
  • Prepare molds and forms to exact standards.
    
  • Mix, pour, and monitor cement for perfect castings every time.
    
  • Inspect and ensure top-quality finished products.
    
  • Operate Forklift Truck (FLT) to move materials safely.
    
  • Collaborate with engineers & production teams.
    

    What You Bring:

    • Proven cement casting or similar hands-on experience.
      
    • Skilled at reading technical drawings.
      
    • FLT license (essential).
      
    • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
      
    • Team player who thrives both indoors & outdoors.
      

      Bonus Points:

      • Experience in metal processing or industrial heating.
        
      • Extra certifications in construction/manufacturing.
