Summary

We are currently recruiting Dismantling Operatives to work for our client based in Grantham on a temporary to permanent basis.

This is a hands-on role involving the dismantling and sorting of recyclable materials using hand-held tools. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and following health & safety procedures at all times.

Job Details:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Immediate starts available
• Full-time ongoing work

Duties Include:

• Dismantling products and materials safely
• Using hand-held tools and equipment
• Sorting recyclable components
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable and hard-working individuals
• Previous warehouse or recycling experience beneficial but not essential
• Ability to use hand tools confidently
• Good attention to detail
