We are excited to be opening a beautiful new nursery and are looking for a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something from the very beginning — helping to shape a warm, inspiring, and nurturing environment where children can thrive, learn, and develop with confidence.
About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education for children in a safe, stimulating, and inclusive setting. You will support children’s learning through play, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to creating a positive and welcoming nursery culture.
What We’re Looking For
A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent)
A genuine passion for working with children
Knowledge of the EYFS framework
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A caring, positive, and proactive attitude
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare
What We Offer
The opportunity to join a brand new nursery from the start
A supportive and friendly team environment
Ongoing training and professional development
Opportunities for progression and career growth
Wellbeing support and staff recognition
Competitive salary and benefits package
Your Responsibilities
Providing outstanding care and learning experiences
Supporting children’s emotional, social, and educational development
Planning and engaging in age-appropriate activities
Maintaining a safe and clean environment
Building positive partnerships with parents and carers
Following safeguarding and nursery policies at all times
If you are enthusiastic about early years education and would love to be part of an exciting new nursery journey, we would love to hear from you.
