Providing expert advice and guidance across the full employee lifecycle. Leading on complex employee relations cases with confidence and professionalism. Supporting organisational change, workforce planning, and performance management initiatives across multiple sites. Building strong, trusted relationships with leaders to enable high performance and engagement.
