Proven experience leading sales teams, ideally in electrical, lighting, or similar industries
Experience in an ecommerce/omnichannel/digitally led business would be desirable

Great communicator and negotiator who builds strong relationships easily
Comfortable working with data, forecasting, and using insights to improve performance
Hands-on leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and getting the best out of a team
