Summary

Overview

We're working with a specialist facade contractor seeking a Designer with experience in curtain walling, windows, and doors, cladding to support delivery of commercial and residential projects.

Role

Produce AutoCAD drawings for curtain walling, glazing, windows & doors
Create fabrication & installation details
Work from architectural drawings/specs
Liaise with architects, contractors & internal teams
Ensure designs are buildable and compliant

Requirements

Experience in curtain walling / glazing / façade design
Strong AutoCAD skills
Understanding of aluminium systems & building regs
Able to read technical drawings

Nice to have

Revit / 3D design
Systems: Schüco, Reynaers, Kawneer
Site or surveying experience
