The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting patients throughout their journey within the clinic, from their initial arrival through to discharge. This will include preparing patients for their scan, ensuring all relevant documentation is accurately completed, and providing reassurance and support throughout their visit to enhance their overall experience.

You will work closely with both administrative and clinical colleagues, as well as engaging directly with patients, to ensure a seamless, efficient, and high-quality service. Your contribution will be vital in maintaining a patient-focused environment where care is delivered promptly, professionally, and with compassion.
