Hours: 8:30am - 3:00pm, Monday to Friday (Term-Time Only)
Pay: £93 per day via PAYE - paid weekly
Start Date: 7th September 2026

Teaching Personnel is recruiting enthusiastic and caring individuals to join secondary schools across Caerphilly as Trainee SEN Learning Support Assistants. This is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to gain classroom experience, develop new skills, and make a real difference in the lives of young people.

No previous school experience? No problem - full training and ongoing support will be provided.

As a Trainee Learning Support Assistant, you will work with students aged 11-18, supporting pupils with a range of Additional Learning Needs (ALN), including:

Your responsibilities will include:
