We are looking to recruit enthusiastic, hardworking, and reliable Part-Time Teaching Assistants!

Successful candidates will be flexible and confident working across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2), providing high-quality support to teachers and helping pupils achieve their full potential.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced teaching assistants who are passionate about supporting children's learning and development in a positive and nurturing school environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 classes.
- Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning objectives.
- Assist teachers with classroom preparation and organisation.
- Help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
- Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
- Promote positive behaviour and follow school policies and procedures.
- Adapt to different year groups and classroom settings as required.

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a primary school setting.
- Experience supporting children in EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
- A positive, proactive, and hardworking attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Flexibility and willingness to work across different classes and age groups.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
