Whether you are an experienced Health Practitioner, Senior Care Worker, Team Leader, Healthcare Manager, or a qualified teacher looking for a fresh and rewarding opportunity, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
At the heart of this role is the chance to make a genuine and lasting difference — sharing your knowledge, skills and real-life experience to help learners grow in confidence and achieve their full potential.
New to teaching or training? Don’t worry — full training, support and development will be provided every step of the way.
Due to the continued growth and success of our Apprenticeship provision, we are looking for a passionate, motivated, and enthusiastic Health Trainer to deliver Level 2 and Level 3 programmes and support apprentices throughout their journey. Possessing occupational skills and knowledge at Level 5 would be advantageous but is not essential.
If you are passionate about health and care and want a career where you can truly influence, inspire and develop others, we would love to hear from you.
About You
You will be an enthusiastic and committed individual with a background in the health and care sector, who is passionate about supporting others to succeed. You will be confident in sharing your industry knowledge and experience, with strong communication and organisational skills that enable you to engage and motivate learners from a variety of backgrounds. You will enjoy building positive relationships with employers and colleagues, while bringing a proactive, self-motivated and adaptable approach to your work.
You will also be committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences and supporting apprentices to achieve positive outcomes.
Whether you already have teaching experience or are looking to move into education, you will be fully supported to develop and thrive in the role.
Required
• NVQ level 3 or equivalent in an occupational area or Level 4 qualification in related field
• Assessor Awards (or willingness to work towards)
• Level 5 teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards)
• At least 2 years’ work experience in a relevant discipline
Closing date for applications is Thursday 18th June 2026. We reserve the right to close this vacancy early depending on the level of interest.
