Summary

This post represents an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the team of staff at Keele University Sport Centre. The prime function of the Sport Centre is to promote health and wellbeing by providing excellent sport and exercise opportunities for our Students, Staff and Local community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective Sport Centre reception service and to promote excellent customer care ensuring that each customer that comes into the centre has a positive experience.
The successful candidate will enjoy making a difference to every person who walks through our doors - engaging proactively with students, staff and community members. You will ensure that the Sport Centre reception service is of a high standard through strong communication and excellent customer service skills.

This post typically works across a two week shift pattern.

Week 1
Wednesday 15.30-21.30
Thursday 14.30-21.30
Friday 15.30-21.30
Saturday 09.15-16.45

Week 2
Thursday 14.30-21.30
Friday 15.30-21.30
Saturday 09.15-16.45

Shift patterns are subject to change.
