This is more than an IT role — it’s your opportunity to support digital justice, helping courts, tribunals and communities connect through innovative technology.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll work within a collaborative team, helping courts efficiently through innovative technology. Some key responsibilities are:
Supporting video hearings and digital collaboration tools
Managing and monitoring live video links and recordings
Troubleshooting technical issues and providing expert user support
Recording, editing and redacting commission evidence
Creating user guidance and improving service delivery
Working closely with judiciary, legal professionals and colleagues across Scotland
You’ll be part of a collaborative, multi-skilled team, with opportunities to rotate and build your expertise.
What we’re looking for:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic IT knowledge (e.g. Microsoft Windows) and willingness to learn
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
Ability to manage workloads and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Experience working collaboratively within a team
