Summary

HGV Class 1 Driver - Shunter

Middlewich | £17 - £20 per hour | 6pm to 7:30pm starts | Monday to Friday | Ongoing

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is urgently recruiting HGV Class 1 Trunk Drivers for a busy trunking operation in Middlewich. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers seeking regular weekday work, competitive pay, and long-term prospects in a modern logistics environment.

Key Duties

  • Trunking Work

  • Complete necessary trailer checks

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable vehicle.

  • Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

  • Valid HGV Class 1 (Cat CE) licence.

  • CPC and Digi Tacho card.

  • Experience of shunting preferred, training can be provided

  • Strong work ethic and reliable timekeeping.

What We Offer

  • £17 per hour (PAYE).

  • £20 per hour (UMB PAYE).

  • Minimum 8 hours paid per shift.

  • Start times between 6pm and 7:30pm

  • Monday to Friday work
