Crynodeb
Supports the Childcare Manager in leading the daily operation of the nursery, taking full responsibility in their absence. Oversees staff supervision, rotas, training, recruitment, and professional development while promoting a positive team culture. Manages nursery administration, records, bookings, safeguarding, and compliance with EYFS, data protection, health and safety policies. Ensures high-quality delivery of the EYFS curriculum by supporting planning, assessment, and inclusive practice for all children, including those with additional needs. Builds strong relationships with parents, schools, and external professionals. Acts as Designated Safeguarding Lead, maintaining a safe, secure, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children, staff, and visitors at all times.
