Requirements:- Previous experience working with children with SEND is desirable.
- A patient, caring, and adaptable approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) are an advantage but not essential.
