Crynodeb
To act as assessment co-ordinator for a division within CHFT. Supporting the division in maintaining and supporting the clinical assessment service. Working closely with Clinicians, Secretaries, Managers and admin staff, to enable patient pathways to be dealt with in a timely manner and to be the point for contact for divisional service users.The post holder will be the first point of contact for the clinical team, GP surgeries and patients and should be fully conversant with elements of the E-referral system. In addition to this the post holders may be required to support the services with general administration duties where necessary.
· Management of ASI (appointment slot issues) with escalation to appropriate teams for capacity issues.
· Supporting the e-Referral (ERS) initiative and Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system. Modifying as appropriate to the role
· To liaise with all service users to ensure that clinic management rules are maintained, for example overbooking rules, adding additional slots and any other ad-hoc outpatient booking requests
