Crynodeb
Diamond Box Limited is a well established and successful company and part of the Eren Group of companies. Currently located in West Bromwich we will be moving in 2028 to Bilston once the building works are complete.
Working as part of a small team you will be inputting orders onto the ABACA system. Experience in the packaging industry would be desirable where this system is generally used.
You should have a good eye for detail as you will be checking orders, and dealing with customers via telephone and via email, dealing with queries and ensuring the customers expectations are achieved.
You should have the ability to work under pressure and remain confident, professional and focused.
You will be providing estimates and liaising with the design team to ensure the customer's order is achieved correctly.
